Gina

JABS INSTRUCTOR
Ciao! I'm Gina. I began my fitness journey post-college. I was always someone who really struggled with motivation and fitness, which turned into a tough combination once you throw some mental health struggles into the mix.

I was feeling very down about my life, my career, just overall purposeless in life and my parents urged me to go to the gym to feel better.

I had already had many failed attempts at starting and stopping my fitness journey. What stuck, finally, was going to my first group fitness class and loving feeling like I had a team around me.

Dylan

JABS INSTRUCTOR
Eager to spread her passion for fitness, Dylan brings unstoppable energy, positivity, and joy to every JABS class she teaches. She believes that with the right energy, you can make anything happen — and her goal is to help everyone feel that power through movement.

From the moment the music starts, Dylan creates an atmosphere where people feel connected, confident, and ready to have the best day ever. Her classes are packed with smiles, beat-based moves, and contagious good vibes that remind you how fun fitness can be.

Lily

JABS & PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Ciao! I'm Lily. I'm originally from sunny Florida, and my fitness journey began with classical ballet at age 7. Alongside dance, I discovered my love for pilates, which helped me strengthen and lengthen muscles essential for dancer health.

After many years of training, including summers at Boston Ballet and earning a BFA in Contemporary Dance from the Boston Conservatory, I eventually transitioned from dance to pursue my pilates certification with Power Pilates. My method blends contemporary pilates with traditional strength training, creating fun and intense workouts. Outside of teaching, I love exploring Florence, traveling, cooking, and reading (fav genre: historical fiction).

I couldn't be more excited to be a part of this powerful team here in Florence. What I love most about teaching is that it allows me to bring my joy of movement to others- seeing you smile while we move is the best feeling ever.
